This document includes: (I) Terms and Conditions of Use, (II) Privacy Policy and Use of Information and (III) Cookie Policy of the Maria Cecilia Souto Vidigal Foundation (“Foundation”) and the Núcleo Ciência pela Infância (“NCPI ”), referred to herein only as “Foundation/NCPI” which guide navigation and regulate the use of the websites of the “Foundation/NCPI” (“Websites”) and their content, for any and all purposes, and regulate access and exploitation of information and any content made available there and at other addresses related to them or to which the User may be directed.
This document was prepared in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Law nº 13.718/2018), which provides for the way in which we collect, use, disclose, transfer, store and delete user information on our Websites.

By reading and accepting the terms set forth herein, through navigation, prior registration to receive the newsletter and access to the contents made available, the User expressly declares to be aware of and in accordance with the established conditions and authorized uses, including with regard to the respective personal data and information that you may make available. For each action, consent will be requested in a specific section of each website according to the content desired by the User.
I. Terms of Condition and Use
1. Agreement to the Terms and Conditions of Use. The “Foundation/NCPI” works to promote early childhood development, articulating actions in favor of children from birth to six years of age. The User’s consent to our terms and conditions of use will provide access to and receipt of relevant, educational and innovative materials that will assist in the development and understanding of early childhood.
2. Privacy and Use of Information. Access to the Content defined below and its use, navigation on the Websites and use of our services is subject to the Privacy Policy of “Foundation/NCPI”.
3. Website Content and Services Offered
3.1 In order to disseminate information that contributes to a better understanding of Early Childhood, the “Foundation/NCPI” makes available and supplies materials and information on this topic, produced in Brazil and abroad, by the “Foundation/NCPI” itself or by third parties , through its Websites (“Content”).
3.1.1 The availability of the Content by the “Foundation/NCPI” is free of charge for the User, however, to enable access to the Content, the “Foundation/NCPI” requires a prior and simplified registration and an acceptance to receive our newsletters. These registered data are stored in protected software and become part of the contact network (CRM) of the “Foundation/NCPI”.
3.2 The “Foundation/NCPI” will endeavor to keep the materials and information contained on the Websites up-to-date and complete. However, it will not be responsible for the use, application or processing that the User may give to the Content, the User being solely and entirely responsible for the purpose and use, any be it, the Content collected on the Websites.
4. User Registration and Authentication
4.1 The User, in order to use the services described in item 3.1.1 above, must have legal capacity for civil acts and must, necessarily, provide the information required in the registration, fully assuming responsibility (including civil and criminal ) for the accuracy and veracity of the information provided in the registration.
4.2 In case of incorrect, untrue or unconfirmed information, the “Foundation/NCPI” reserves the right not to complete the ongoing registration or, even, to block the existing registration, preventing the User from access our Content or receive our newsletter until, at the discretion of the “Foundation/NCPI”, the anomaly situation is rectified. The “Foundation/NCPI” also reserves the right to prevent, at its discretion, new registrations, or cancel those already made, in the event of an anomaly being detected that, in its analysis, is serious or demonstrates a deliberate attempt to circumvent the rules described herein, which are mandatory for all Users and will act in the same way if the User fails to comply with any obligation set forth in this Term.
4.3 Upon successful registration, the User will have access to the desired Content and, if they choose to receive our news, they may be sent at any time to the email address registered by the User.
